What is a guest pass?

A guest pass is an additional ticket members receive for home matches which allows them to bring additional non members to matches at no extra cost.

For the 2024 Super Rugby Pacific Season, the club is continuing membership guest passes to be used across all full season Membership types for the season.

What membersips are eligible for Guest Passes?

All full season ticketed memberships are eligible for a guest pass in 2024.

For clarity these are:

Weary Dunlop Club*

Gold

Silver

Blue

*Weary Dunlop Members are eligible for three (3) guest passes across the season.

I want to reserve a specific seat for my guest pass, is this possible?

All Member seat guest passes are subject to availability. Members will be able to reserve any available seat on the Ticketek website in the lead up to home matches. If the specific seat you are wanting to redeem is not available, then it cannot be redeemed as a guest pass.

Weary Dunlop Members will need to fill in a form and their guest passes will be redeemed by the Melbourne Rebels Staff in the lead up to the game.

Can I upgrade my guest pass to a higher membership tier?

No, guest passes are only eligible for the same level of membership you have purchased.

How many guest passes will I receive?

Weary Dunlop Members will receive three (3) guest passes total throughout the year. Limit one (1) per match (excluding our Super Round clash against the Force)

Platinum, Gold, Silver and Blue Members will receive one (1) guest pass per home match (excluding our Super Round clash against the Force)

I need a guest pass next to my reserved seat, what can I do?

If the seat is available you will be able to redeem the ticket through the Ticketek online portal. If the seat is not available on Ticketek, the seat is unable to be redeemed. Choose the next closest seat and move around on the day.

The seat next to mine is not available, can I move my seat for one match?

Seats cannot be changed or downgraded on a match by match basis.

Are guest passes valid for Super Round?

No, the guest pass program is not available for our Round 2 match against the Western Force.

Will unused guest passes rollover after each match?

No, only one guest pass can be redeemed per person per match.

What do I do if I want to redeem more than one (1) additional guest pass?

Additional tickets can be purchased on top of your guest passes with a 20% discount. This should be done at the time of redeeming your guest pass.

What is the cost of redeeming a Guest Pass

The cost of the ticket is complimentary.

Any tickets purchased or guest passes redeemed will incur a ticketing fee from Ticketek.
